What is a Water Refresher?

A cartridge that helps keep the water in the tank clean, after the water filters through the wick it passes through the water refresher before returning to the tank which captures any contaminates that the wick may have missed.

How often should I replace the Water Refresher?

Replace every 6 months or when prompted by the app (for 2-in-1 Pro Purify + Humidify only).

Where do I place the water refresher on my DreamWell™ Humidifier?

Unlock and remove the top half of the DreamWell™ Humidifier, in the center of the wick there is a plastic insert which is a placeholder for the Blueair Water Refresher. The Water Refresher accessory continuously filters the water while the device is running to help keep the water clean and reduce scale buildup inside the water tank and pump.

If you are not using the Water Refresher on the DreamWell™ Humidifier, keep the plastic placeholder installed to help minimize any water dripping noise during operation.

Where do I place the water refresher on my 2-in-1 Pro Purify + Humidify?

Open the front panel on your 2-in-1 Pro Purify + Humidify and remove the water tank and pump assembly, then remove the pump from the water tank. The water refresher fits into the slot on the bottom of the pump housing.
