These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed through blueoir.com.
Prices and Currency
All prices and transactions are shown and processed in USD. Any taxes or other charges that apply to an order will be shown during checkout before payment is submitted.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided at checkout is complete and accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Blueoir may cancel or limit an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the order appears fraudulent, or product or pricing information contains a clear error.
Processing and Delivery
Orders normally ship within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days after shipment. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or events outside our control.
Shipping
Standard shipping is free for all orders delivered within the United States. We currently ship only within the United States.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the conditions in our Return Policy.
Refunds
After a returned item is received and approved, Blueoir will issue the refund to the original payment method within 30 days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit. Additional details appear in our Refund Policy.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to accommodate the request before processing begins. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process.
Product Information
We work to keep product descriptions, images, availability, and pricing accurate. Display colors and product appearance may vary by device, and minor packaging updates may occur.
